  1. As regards Amara encasing people in rock and being made out of magma, we know that she can not only generate heat but absorb it too. When she creates an impromptu tunnel to sneak into the Massachussetts Academy, Sam is worried about touching the sides because he’s of the risk of being burned, but he discovers they are already cool to the touch seconds after being formed.

  2. I hate to break your dreams, but you did ask. The Witchery is a real place, but it’s nothing like it’s portrayed here. I mean, it’s Gothic but it’s expensive and chic. (Also it’s not really a bar, more of a restaurant.) Those dudes would not get in the front door.

But clearly 616 Witchery is more fun.

  3. I’m surprised you haven’t commented that Philip in the X-Factor fill-in has the kids calling him “Father” and seems to be a preacher/minister of some kind running this creepy youth centre/half-way house/orphanage(?) that has a sideline in teen porn productions and mutant street gangs. That’s pretty messed up.
