Fantomex, a genetically engineered person, says his name is Charlie Cluster-7. The Original Guardians of the Galaxy from the 1970s included a member named Charlie 27, a guy genetically engineered to live on Jupiter (briefly portrayed by Ving Rhames in the GOTG vol. 2)
Any connection? Probably not, but in my head there is since that original GOTG team was in the future
